Our Waterfall Garden provides a stellar view to gaze upon while enjoying your meal. Padella Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.On our breakfast menu we are proud to serve only cage-free eggs, naturally cure bacon, hormone free milk along with chicken sausage with feta, cranberry and spinach from either our “Breakfast Buffet’ or off the “A la Carte” menu.
A build your own salad and pasta menu have been added to the lunch menu to allow the guests to create their own inspirations for enjoyment. Padilla’s dinner menu not only features several of the popular Hyatt signature dishes, but also includes new and exciting Italian dishes inspired by Chef Michael and his culinary team.
Our focus on balanced offerings and natural ingredients prepared with nutrient preserving cooking techniques include; sourcing sustainable seafood; using naturally raised beef and pork along with supporting local farmers by sourcing from local suppliers.
